Edmonton Airshow Exchange and Refunds

As of January 13, 2020…

Please email [email protected] for the latest updates on 2019 exchanges and refunds.

Why are we doing updates via a pull strategy (having you email a central address?)  Simple.  With the ongoing discussions with the insurance from 2019, it is imperative that all information is communicated to all parties at the exact same time, with the exact same information, so that there are no discrepancies.  This is crucial as we move forward through the courts.  It is unfortunate, but we are a small fish fighting for what is owed to us against a large fish.  There can be no room for misinterpretations or different versions of any conversation.  Additionally, everything must be in writing to avoid accusations of heresay.

The Edmonton Airshow still plans to be back in 2020! All civilian acts will return including Jacquie B, Yellow Thunder, Vampire Airshows, Erickson Aircraft Collection, John Sessions and the Heritage Flight Foundation. Buck Roteman, Acemaker Airshows the T-33 jet, and Gary Rower will round out the lineup.  Plus the USAF will be back in a big way which we will be able to announce in Dec and we are working with the RCAF on their participation.

Airshow 2020 is scheduled for August 14th, 15th, & 16th. We have all the exchange/refund information stored.  The submission form is now removed.  We await final clarification of the ability to host anything at all in 2020.  Should we be able to move ahead, we can update more then.

For the historical record, the following text was part of the preamble to the submission form.

People exchanging 2019 tickets for 2020 tickets will receive admission at 2019 prices. The 2019 ticket exchange holders will either receive discounted or free access to any additional events we do in 2019 and the proposed twilight show in 2020. Lock in your tickets, and your ability to access perks, now!

Of course, if you prefer a refund, there is the option included. We completely understand.

Thank you so much to everyone who purchased tickets to the 2019 show and we hope to see you back in 2020!
